Kempfer tallies six goals as Appleton United boys lacrosse smashes West Bend

WEST BEND – Appleton United junior Jaylen Kempfer scored six goals leading to a 19-5 rout of the West Bend Rush on Wednesday at West Bend West High School.

Trevin Schultz added three goals, and Tristan Dean, Roen Willis and Elliott Olm each knocked in two scores for Appleton, which won its third game in a row to improve to 8-3 this spring.

Rowen Cihlar, Ethan Toshner, Jayden Golding and Brody Olp also scored goals in the victory for Appleton.

Appleton hits the road again Friday for a Bay Valley Conference game at Bay Port beginning at 7:30 p.m.
