2025 WIAA state girls volleyball playoff brackets announced

The complete brackets have been released for the upcoming 2025 WIAA girls volleyball playoffs.

Regional quarterfinals in Divisions 2-5 will be played on Tuesday, Oct. 21, with regional semifinals in all five divisions scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 23. Regional finals are set for Saturday, Oct. 25, with sectionals to be played on Thursday, Oct. 30, and Saturday, Nov. 1.

Eight sectional champions in Division 1 and four in each of the other four divisions qualify for the 2025 WIAA State Girls Volleyball Tournament, which will be played at the Resch Center in Green Bay from Nov. 6-8.

Appleton East, Appleton West and Appleton North are all in the Division 1 Sectional 4 bracket.

Appleton East is the No. 8 seed and will host No. 9 Kaukauna, No. 13 Appleton West will play at No. 4 De Pere, and No. 10 Appleton North will travel to play No. 7 Green Bay Preble in Division 1 regional semifinals on Oct. 23.

In the Division 2 Sectional 2 bracket, Bay Conference champion Fox Valley Lutheran is the No. 1 seed in the top half and will play the winner of No. 8 Two Rivers and No. 9 Marinette in a regional semifinal Oct. 23.

In the bottom half of the bracket, Xavier is the No. 1 seed and will also host a regional semifinal Oct. 23, taking on the winner of No. 8 West Bend East and No. 9 Little Chute. If they win out, Xavier and Fox Valley Lutheran would play each other in a sectional final at Seymour on Nov. 1 for a state tournament berth.
