Appleton North girls volleyball rolls to road win at Fond du Lac

FOND DU LAC – The Appleton North girls volleyball team swept Fond du Lac 3-0 in a Fox Valley Association match Thursday night at Fond du Lac High School.

The Lightning won 25-18, 25-13, 25-19, to remain undefeated in the FVA at 6-0. Fond du Lac drops to 3-3.

Ella Demetrician had a team-high 18 kills, Teegan Charapata had 10 kills and six digs, Emerson Van Lannen had 25 assists and five kills, and Maggie Hahnke added 12 digs for North (22-5 overall).

Appleton North hosts Kaukauna on Tuesday at 7 p.m. Kaukauna is tied with Hortonville for second place in the conference at 5-1.
