Appleton United girls lacrosse doubles up De Pere/West De Pere

APPLETON – The Appleton United girls lacrosse team ended a three-game losing skid with a 10-5 win over De Pere/West De Pere on Monday at Appleton North High School.
Alexis Process, Ally Rhoda, Kailey Heindel and Riley Harris continued goals for Appleton (3-6, 2-2 Bay Valley Conference).
Process, Rhoda, Elle Chipman and Harris had assists, and Talia Bellotti led the team in ground balls.
Appleton goalies Addison Grasse had two saves and Rachel Racine had one as they split time in the victory.
Appleton heads to Verona for a nonconference game Tuesday.
