Fox Valley Lutheran softball shuts out Shawano

SHAWANO – Another game, another win for the Fox Valley Lutheran softball team.

The Foxes scored three times in each of the first two innings and rolled to a 7-0 win over Shawano in a nonconference matchup Monday at Martzke Park.

FVL pitchers Madison Babcock, Brianna Dahlke and Paige Leavitt combined on a five-hit shutout as the Foxes improve to 23-0 this season.

Nora Probst had three hits and drove in a pair of runs, and Avery Steffes added three hits and an RBI in the victory for the Foxes.

Fox Valley Lutheran will wrap up its regular-season schedule Thursday at Xavier.
