Fox Valley Lutheran boys soccer pulls out tie with Shoreland Lutheran

APPLETON – A late goal by Kaleb Williams allowed the Fox Valley Lutheran boys soccer team to salvage a 1-1 tie with Shoreland Lutheran in a nonconference match Friday at Fox Valley Lutheran High School.

Shoreland Lutheran scored with 1:56 to go before halftime and maintained the slight lead until Williams scored off an assist from Ezra Schaser with 15:07 remaining for the Foxes.

The score held the rest of the way as the Foxes move to 1-0-1 this fall.

Keaton Enter had four saves in goal for FVL.

Fox Valley Lutheran will host Green Bay Notre Dame for another nonconference match on Tuesday at 4:30 p.m.
