Fox Valley Lutheran boys soccer earns two nonconference wins

APPLETON – The Fox Valley Lutheran boys soccer team rolled to a pair of victories over the weekend, defeating New Holstein on Friday 5-0 and Stevens Point Pacelli 12-0 on Saturday, both on its home field at Fox Valley Lutheran High School.
FVL dominated New Holstein, outshooting the Huskies 25-0.
JJ Minzlaff had a goal in the 23rd minute as the Foxes took a 1-0 lead into halftime.
Cameron Williams scored just 13 seconds into the second half to open the floodgates. Zara Schaser, and Braden Zidek added goals and Kaleb Williams scored twice in the second half in the 5-0 win.
Saturday’s game was no different as the Foxes held a 29-1 shot advantage.
Cameron Williams, Cayden Reising and Jackson Dedow each scored twice, and Kaleb Williams, Mason Stark, Tyler Martin, Ian Luehring, Dylan Kraftzenk and Joonyoung Hong added goals in the rout for FVL, which improves to 11-3-1 this season.
Fox Valley Lutheran is back in action Thursday at home against Appleton East.
