Fox Valley Lutheran girls volleyball rolls past Two Rivers in WIAA Division 2 regional semifinal

APPLETON – The Fox Valley Lutheran girls volleyball team, the top seed in its half of the WIAA Division 2 Sectional 2 bracket, had little trouble with No. 8 Two Rivers, cruising to a 3-0 sweep in a regional semifinal match Thursday night at Fox Valley Lutheran High School.

The Foxes won 25-10, 25-7, 25-14, to advance to a D-2 regional final at home against No. 4 Freedom on Saturday night.

Ellie Hayes had nine kills, Brianna Stewart added seven kills and three blocks, Kenzie Loberger finished with 13 assists and five service aces, and Sammie Thomas had a team-high 12 digs for Fox Valley Lutheran.
