Fox Valley Lutheran boys soccer shuts out Luxemburg-Casco to win WIAA Division 3 regional title

APPLETON – Kaleb Williams scored both of Fox Valley Lutheran’s goals as the Foxes downed Luxemburg-Casco 2-0 in a WIAA Division 3 boys soccer regional final Saturday afternoon at Fox Valley Lutheran High School.

The No. 2 seeded Foxes (15-4-3) move on to a Division 3 sectional semifinal Thursday at home against the winner of Saturday night’s game between Freedom and Kewaskum. Luxemburg-Casco finishes the season with a 7-10-1 record.

Kaleb Williams scored off an assist from Mason Stark at 19:48 into the game and tacked on an insurance goal on a header off a pass from Cameron Williams at the 19:04 mark of the second half for FVL.

The Foxes held a 24-5 shot advantage, with goalie Justin Miller saving all five shots to earn the shutout win.
