Xavier girls basketball blows past Seymour

SEYMOUR – Three players scored in double figures to lead the Xavier girls basketball team to a 60-33 win over Seymour in a Bay Conference game Tuesday at Seymour High School.
The Hawks outscored Seymour by 12 points in the first half and 15 in the second, controlling the game throughout, to improve to 4-1 overall and 2-1 in the Bay Conference.
Hailey Hafner and Kayla Standish each scored 11 points, and Annika Heimann added 10 in the win for Xavier.
Natalea Hill topped Seymour (2-2, 1-2 Bay Conference) with 11 points.
Xavier is back in action Thursday for another Bay Conference game at Menasha. Game time is 6 p.m.
