Hot-shooting Xavier boys basketball outlasts Plymouth

APPLETON – Logan Ramczyk hit seven of Xavier’s 16 3-pointers and scored a game-high 33 points as the Hawks outlasted Plymouth 88-77 in a nonconference boys basketball game Friday night at Xavier High School.

Ramczyk was 10-for-16 from the field, including 7-for-11 from 3-point range, and Kyler Bleck hit four 3s and scored 24 points for the Hawks, who are now 5-2 after winning their third game in a row.

Caden Schuler also hit three 3-pointers and scored 11 pints in the home win for Xavier.

Xavier will be off until competing at the Rick Majerus/Wisconsin Basketball Yearbook Shootout at Concordia University in Mequon. The Hawks will take on Green Bay Notre Dame on Dec. 29 and Milwaukee St. Thomas More on Dec. 30.
