Fox Cities Stars girls hockey blanks Coulee Region

NEENAH – Evie Mursau and Kendall Lindemann each had hat tricks as the Fox Cities Stars girls hockey team shut out Coulee Region 8-0 in a nonconference game Saturday at the Tri-County Ice Arena.

Mursau and Lindemann combined to score the Stars’ first six goals, with Olivia Merritt and Hailey Fischer tacking on scores in the third period.

Teagan Wilkins saved all 12 shots she faced in goal for the Stars, who are now 4-3 this season.

The Stars play at Beaver Dam on Tuesday.
