Xavier girls basketball slams Green Bay East

APPLETON – The Xavier girls basketball team held Green Bay East to four field goals, all 3-pointers, and dominated in an 86-12 win over the Red Devils on Friday night at Xavier High School.
Xavier bolted out to a 57-3 lead by halftime and cruised to the home win, improving to 8-3 overall and 4-1 in the Bay Conference.
Brynn Krull scored 19 points to lead five Hawks in double figures. Ellie Reed added 16 points, Clara Simon chipped in 13, Kayla Standish had 12 and Annika Heimann finished with 10 in the win.
Xavier plays at New London in Bay Conference action Tuesday.
