Fox Cities Stars girls hockey earns tight win at Rochester Century

ROCHESTER, Minn. – The Fox Cities Stars girls hockey team wrapped up a weekend trip to Minnesota with its second-straight win as it defeated Rochester Century/John Marshall 2-1 on Saturday afternoon at the Rochester Recreation Center.
Emmaree Drach scored late in the first period and Kendall Lindemann tacked on a goal midway through the second to provide the Stars with enough to earn the victory and improve to 8-4 this season.
Teagan Wilkins saved 28 shots in goal for the Stars.
Fox Cities will play an Eastern Shores Conference game at the Lakeshore Lightning in Mequon on Tuesday.
