Fox Cities Stars girls hockey shut out by Lakeshore

MEQUON – Lakeshore Lightning goalie Elizabeth Bowers saved all 33 shots she faced in a 6-0 shutout of the Fox Cities Stars in an Eastern Shores Conference girls hockey game Tuesday night at the Ozaukee Ice Center.
Cheynne Mojica and Olivia Dykema each had two goals for the Lightning, who improve to 15-1 overall and 6-1 in the Eastern Shores, one-half game behind leader Bay Area.
Teagan Wilkins had 32 saves for Fox Cities (8-5, 1-5 Eastern Shores)
The Stars are back in action Saturday at University School of Milwaukee for another conference matchup.
