Appleton West boys basketball defeats Appleton East for first FVA victory

APPLETON – The Appleton West boys basketball team picked up its first Fox Valley Association win of the season with an 81-63 victory over rival Appleton East on Tuesday night at West High School.

Braylon Ise scored a game-high 34 points and grabbed six rebounds, and Parrion Peace added 16 points for the Terrors, who are now 3-9 overall and 1-7 in the FVA.

Bennett Hron made four 3-pointers and scored 12 points for Appleton East (1-12, 0-8 FVA).

Both teams are back in action Friday as the Terrors host Fond du Lac and Appleton East plays at Oshkosh West.
