Fox Cities Stars boys hockey blasts Oshkosh to stay undefeated in Badgerland Conference

APPLETON – The Fox Cities Stars fell behind by two goals early, then poured it on with nine-straight goals and blasted the Oshkosh Ice Hawks 14-3 in a Badgerland Conference boys hockey game Tuesday night at the Community First Champion Center.

Four Stars players scored multiple goals as they improve to 14-1 overall and 5-0 in the Badgerland.

Preston McGinnis had a hat trick, and Cale Adamovich had two goals and four assists for Fox Cities.

Kellan Murphy and Xander Herron both added two goals in the win for the Stars.

The Stars host Hartland Arrowhead for a nonconference game Friday at 7 p.m.
