Appleton West baseball shuts out Oshkosh North

APPLETON – Loren Georger struck out 15 over a six-inning complete game to lift the Appleton West baseball team to an 11-0 win over Oshkosh North on Friday at the Nienhaus Sports Complex.

Georger gave up just four hits and one walk in the shutout for the Terrors, who improve to 3-11 overall and 3-8 in the Fox Valley Association.

Cameron St. John and Dominic Ruzzicone each homered, and Georger had two doubles and scored twice to pace the Terrors’ offense.

Appleton West’s next game is Tuesday at Hortonville.
