Appleton West girls golf pulls out tight match over Appleton East

NEENAH – Appleton West’s Chloe Didrickson was meet medalist with a 44 to lead the Terrors to a close 202-206 win over Appleton East in a Fox Valley Association girls golf dual Tuesday at Winagamie Golf Course.

Mariah Frase added a 52, and Ally Koehler and Ali Raddatz each shot 53 as well for Appleton West.

Kahlie Muntner fired a 45 to place second, and Addi Baier and Jenna Smedberg both shot 52 for Appleton East.

Both teams are now 3-5 in FVA duals with one conference match remaining.

Appleton East will finish its FVA regular season at home at Reid Golf Course on Thursday. Appleton West will take on Kimberly at High Cliff Golf Course in Sherwood on Friday. The Fox Valley Association Tournament is Thursday, Sept. 25, at Chaska Golf Course in Appleton.
