Fox Cities Stars boys hockey routs Milton at Culver’s Cup

MADISON – The Fox Cities Stars boys hockey team used a five-goal second period to pull away and defeat Milton 9-1 in a second-round game at the Culver’s Cup on Sunday at Hartmeyer Ice Arena.
Cale Adamovich scored twice and seven other Stars added goals in the win as they improve to 10-1 this season and 2-0 at the three-day tournament.
Easton Thoreson had 13 saves in goal for Fox Cities, which again held a huge shot advantage, 62-13.
The Stars will wrap up play at the Culver’s Cup on Monday at noon against Northland Pines.
