Fox Valley Lutheran boys basketball holds off New London for fourth-straight win

APPLETON – Gage Heiges hit five 3-pointers and scored a game-high 31 points to lead the Fox Valley Lutheran boys basketball team to a 77-67 win over New London in a Bay Conference game Friday night at Fox Valley Lutheran High School.

The Foxes led by just one at 38-37 at halftime before opening it up to double digits by the end thanks to some crucial defensive stops and rebounding, according to coach Tommy Stelter.

Caleb Dahlke chipped in 11 points for FVL, which is now 4-1 overall and 2-0 in the Bay Conference.

Joseph Daly had 21 points and Parker Heise scored 20 for New London (2-3, 1-1 Bay Conference).

Fox Valley Lutheran will take its four-game winning streak into a Bay Conference game at Shawano on Thursday.
