Fox Valley Lutheran girls basketball cruises past Seymour for 20th win

SEYMOUR – The Fox Valley Lutheran girls basketball team finished off its regular season with its 10th-straight victory as it downed Seymour 64-49 in a Bay Conference game Thursday night at Seymour High School.
Seniors Grace Meier and Eden Last led the way with 16 and 15 points, respectively, for the Foxes, who head into the WIAA playoffs with a 20-3 record and finish the Bay Conference season at 11-3.
Brianna Dahlke added 12 points and Kinley Peterson had 10 as well for FVL.
Fox Valley Lutheran will open the postseason with a Division 2 regional semifinal at home against Sheboygan South on Friday, Feb. 27.
