Fox Valley Lutheran softball sweeps three games at Ashwaubenon Tournament, improves to 18-0

The Fox Valley Lutheran softball team continued its magical run in 2025, posting three wins at the Ashwaubenon Invitational on Saturday at Pioneer Park.

The Foxes, ranked fourth in this week’s Wissports.net Division 2 state coaches poll, defeated Mosinee 4-2, Ashwaubenon 6-2, and Coleman 9-1 to improve to 18-0 this season.

Madison Babcock picked up the pitching wins against Mosinee and Ashwaubenon, going the distance in each. She struck out seven while giving up just three hits and one walk against Mosinee, and had four strikeouts and two walks with just four hits allowed versus Ashwaubenon.

Natalie Bromm went 5-for-7 in the two games, with a triple and three RBI against Ashwaubenon. Olivia Fischer also had three hits and Nora Probst had a homer in the win.

Against Coleman, Brianna Dahlke (five innings) and Paige Leavitt (two innings) combined on a two-hitter for FVL.

Babcock had two doubles and two RBI, and Dahlke also drove in two runs in the win for the Foxes.

Fox Valley Lutheran plays at North Eastern Conference game at Waupaca on Monday.
