Fox Valley Lutheran junior forward Ezra Schaser was named Player of the Year and was one of three Foxes picked to the first team of the 2025 All-Bay Conference Boys Soccer Team.

Schaser led the Foxes with 21 goals and was second on the team with 13 assists as Fox Valley Lutheran tied Shawano for the Bay Conference title with a 7-1 record.

Senior forward Kaleb Williams and senior defender Tyler Martin were also among the 13 first-team selections for FVL. Williams had 18 goals and a team-best 14 assists, while Martin had two goals and two assists this season for the Foxes, who finished 15-4-4 overall and reached the WIAA Division 3 sectional semifinals.

Xavier, which finished third in the conference standings at 5-1-2 and reached the Division 4 sectional finals going 14-7-4 overall, had two first-team picks in junior midfielder Mauridio Laguna-Ramirez and senior defender Wyatt Rouamba, who was named Defensive Player of the Year in the conference.

Xavier junior forwards Owen McGreevey and Nick Vajda, and senior defender Paul Mastorides, and Fox Valley Lutheran at-large pick Ian Luering, a junior, were among the second-team honorees.
