Kaukauna blanks Appleton North softball to stay undefeated

APPLETON – The Kaukauna softball team kept its perfect record intact with a 10-0 win over Appleton North in Fox Valley Association action Monday at Appleton North High School.

Karly Meredith struck out 13 without a walk and limited North to just one hit as the Ghosts run their record to 18-0 overall and 14-0 in the FVA.

Lilly Boyle had three hits and scored three times for Kaukauna.

Chloe Therkildsen had the lone hit for Appleton North (10-11, 8-7 FVA).

Appleton North is back at home Tuesday against Neenah.
