Seymour takes down Xavier boys basketball in Bay Conference showdown

APPLETON – Seymour jumped out to a double-digit lead by halftime and held off Xavier 82-69 in a Bay Conference boys basketball game Tuesday night at Xavier High School.

The Thunder (2-0, 1-0 Bay Conference) led 37-26 at halftime and held off Xavier (2-2, 1-1 Bay Conference) in a high-scoring second half.

Logan Ramczyk scored 23 points and Kyler Bleck added 19 for the Hawks.

Xavier plays at Menasha on Friday.
