RIVER HILLS – The Fox Cities Stars girls hockey team mustered just one goal in a 3-1 loss to University School of Milwaukee in an Eastern Shores Conference game Saturday at Uihlein Ice Arena.
Evie Mursau scored a short-handed goal for the Stars late in the second period and that was all they could get as they fall to 8-6 overall and 1-6 in the Eastern Shores Conference.
Addison Grasse had 21 saves for the Stars, while goalie Carson Markgraf saved 32 of 33 shots for USM (9-8, 5-3 Eastern Shores).
The Stars play another conference game at Hartland Arrowhead on Tuesday.
