Fox Valley Lutheran softball smacks four homers, rolls past New London

NEW LONDON – The Fox Valley Lutheran softball team continued its early-season dominance with a 16-0 rout of New London in a Bay Conference game Thursday at Memorial Park.
The Foxes slugged four home runs and had 12 hits in just three innings, winning the game via the 15-run rule.
Natalie Bromm, Madison Babcock, Kinley Peterson and Brianna Dahlke each hit homers, with Babcock and Peterson both driving in three runs for FVL, which is now 4-0 overall and 3-0 in the Bay Conference.
Fox Valley Lutheran hosts Freedom for a nonconference game at 4:30 p.m. Friday.
