Appleton West baseball loses pair at DeForest triangular

DEFOREST – The Appleton West baseball team was held to just one run in two losses at a triangular at DeForest High School on Saturday.
The Terrors lost to Stevens Point 11-1 and host DeForest 8-0, falling to 1-4 this spring. Stevens Point defeated DeForest 6-2 in the other game.
Appleton West was held to three hits in each game.
Reeder Luedtke knocked in the only run of the day for the Terrors in the fourth inning of the loss to Stevens Point (2-0).
Appleton West hosts Oshkosh West on Tuesday at the Nienhaus Sports Complex.
