Neenah hits four homers, shuts out Appleton East softball

APPLETON – Neenah hit four home runs and rolled to a 15-0 win over Appleton East in a Fox Valley Association softball game Tuesday at Appleton East High School.

The Rockets (4-2, 2-2 FVA) finished with 14 hits, 10 for extra bases, as Norah Paider hit two home runs, and Taytum West and Carli Baltus also connected for long balls.

Opal Sparkman had two of Appleton East’s four hits. The Patriots fall to 1-4 and 0-4 in the FVA.

Appleton East hosts Fond du Lac on Thursday.
