Fox Valley Lutheran softball improves to 14-0 with rout of New London

APPLETON – The Fox Valley Lutheran softball team remains unbeaten after another dominating win, a 17-2 victory over New London in a Bay Conference game Tuesday at Fox Valley Lutheran High School.
The Foxes scored at least three runs in all four innings and won due to the 15-run rule after a five-run fourth.
FVL (14-0, 11-0 Bay Conference) had 11 hits and used six errors and seven walks to plow past the Bulldogs (4-7, 3-6 Bay).
Brianna Dahlke, Tenley Wolfrath and Paige Leavitt each had two hits, with Dahlke driving in three runs. Olivia Fisher had a hit, scored three times and had five RBI for the Foxes.
Fox Valley Lutheran play at second-place Seymour on Thursday.
