Appleton East softball loses road game at Oshkosh West

OSHKOSH – Oshkosh West scored eight runs in the first two innings and cruised to a 12-2 win over Appleton East in a Fox Valley Association softball game Tuesday at West High School.

The Patriots (3-8, 2-8 FVA) finished with nine hits, including two each by Aubrie Erickson and Lydia Dahlman.

Oshkosh West (9-6, 5-4 FVA) had 16 hits, including six doubles. Izzy Kramer had three hits and four RBI to pace the Wildcats.

Appleton East will play a nonconference game at West De Pere on Wednesday.
