Appleton West baseball drops road game at Neenah

NEENAH – Neenah scored nine runs over the first two innings and rolled to an 11-1 win over Appleton West in a Fox Valley Association baseball game Friday at Neenah High School.
The Rockets (11-4, 8-3 FVA) scored six times in the opening inning and tacked on three more in the second to bury Appleton West (2-14, 1-9 FVA) early.
Quinn Meyers had an RBI single in the seventh inning for the Terrors’ lone run.
Appleton West will play a nonconference game at Neenah St. Mary Catholic on Saturday at 10 a.m.
