Appleton North boys golf tops Fond du Lac in FVA dual

APPLETON – Appleton North had its four scoring golfers take the top four spots as the Lightning defeated Fond du Lac 156-175 in a Fox Valley Association boys golf dual Monday at Reid Golf Course.

North’s Camden Huck shot a season-best 37 to win medalist honors, with teammates Caulder Ver Kuilen and Jonathan Huenink finishing second and third, with a 38 and 39 respectively. Grody Cole tied for fourth with a 42 as well for the Lightning (2-5 FVA).

Appleton North will take on Kimberly at High Cliff Golf Course in Sherwood on Tuesday. Kimberly leads the FVA standings with a 6-1 dual meet record.
