Fox Valley Lutheran boys golf places fourth at Kettle Moraine Lutheran Invitational

CEDARBURG – The Fox Valley Lutheran boys golf team placed fourth at the 10-team Kettle Moraine Lutheran Invitational on Thursday at Hidden Glen Golf Course.

Kohler won the team title with a 301 behind meet medalist David Van Dixhorn, who shot a 70. Lake Country Lutheran was second with a 316, followed by Kettle Moraine Lutheran (324) and Fox Valley Lutheran (332).

Gavin Schmidt led FVL with a 78 to tie eighth and Kaden Kusserow had an 81 to tie for 12^th.

Oliver Schlueter added an 84, Kane Thorstensen shot 89 and Kaleb Elsbecker had a 90 to round out Fox Valley Lutheran’s scoring.

FVL is back in action Monday at the Berlin Invitational at Mascoutin Golf Course.
